The phone has all the features on the E71 and E72 with a few new features preinstalled due to having a recent build. The ear piece volume and speakerphone needs to be adjusted upwards. The speakerphone volume is really too low. Nokia must have purposely lowered the volume 2 allow the device to consume less energy. The case or housing for the Nokia E5-00 is not well constructed as the E72 with the metal crome outlining the exterior. Where this device pays for itself is with the navagation. Its free for the life of the hand set. For an unlocked price this device wins my heart. This phone is perfect for the price.
